Courier delivery
- Most small and medium‑sized orders are shipped via courier to the
address you provide at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery area
and are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
- The estimated delivery time within Greece is usually 1–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on product availability and destination. In any case, delivery will take place within thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise agreed.
Transport agency (freight)
- For heavy or bulky items, your order may be shipped via a transport
agency.
- Delivery is typically to the transport agency’s hub or the main city of
the region; any further transport to your exact address may incur
additional charges according to the agency’s price list.
- Freight costs are borne by the customer and depend on weight, volume,
and delivery region.

Delivery limitations and force majeure
