Payment Methods

WEST COAST TRADERS - AHMAD ALIAF SULEHRI NISAR AHMED AHMED ASHFAQ OE (hereinafter “the Company”) offers the following payment methods for orders placed through our online store.

1. Cash on delivery (COD)
   You can pay the total amount of your order by cash on delivery to the courier upon receipt.
   – Cash on delivery is subject to an additional fee, which is clearly displayed at checkout and in your cart before payment.
   – Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries within Greece.
   – For very high value orders or heavy/bulky items, the Company reserves the right not to offer cash on delivery, for security and cost reasons.
2. Payment by credit / debit card
   You may pay for your order using a credit or debit card (such as VISA, Mastercard, etc.) via the secure environment of our certified payment service provider.
   – Your card is charged when you complete your order.
   – Card details are not stored on WEST COAST TRADERS systems; they are processed exclusively by the payment provider in accordance with applicable security standards.
   – For security purposes, the Company may request additional verification before processing an order.
3. Bank transfer
   You can pay for your order by bank transfer to the Company’s bank account.
   – Bank account details (bank name, IBAN, account holder) are displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation email.
   – You must indicate your order number and full name in the payment reference.
   – After making the transfer, please inform us by phone at +30 210 3249849 or via email so we can confirm your payment and proceed with shipment.
4. Other payment options
   The Company may add further payment options (such as e‑wallets or other payment providers) or modify existing ones. The available methods are always shown at checkout before you submit your order.

All payments are made in euros (€). Product prices include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
