Returns Policy

The following terms apply to all products purchased through the online store of WEST COAST TRADERS in Greece.

1. Right of withdrawal
   If you are a consumer acting for personal use, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the product.
   To exercise your right of withdrawal:
   – You must notify us in writing (e.g. by email) within the above period.
   – You may use a withdrawal form or any clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw.
2. Conditions for returning products
   Returned products must:
   – be in their original condition and not used,
   – include all original packaging and accessories,
   – be accompanied by the sales document (receipt or invoice).
   The Company may refuse a refund or reduce the refundable amount if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Exceptions
   The right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, to:
   – goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised,
   – goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery,
   – goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
4. Return procedure
   – Contact us (phone +30 210 3249849 or email) stating your order number and the product.
   – Pack the product carefully with all accessories and documentation.
   – Send the product to:

5. Return shipping costs
   – In case of withdrawal due to change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
   – In case of defective goods or an error by the Company, return shipping costs may be covered by us, subject to prior agreement.
6. Refunds
   If all return conditions are met, the Company will refund the value of the returned goods, including the initial standard delivery costs, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed.
   Refunds are made within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
7. Legal warranty
   Products are covered by the applicable legal warranty for defective goods or lack of conformity provided by EU and Greek law.
